Joe Brannan is a retired geologist. He has a D.Phil. in palaeontology but spent his career in Oil & Gas Exploration. He retains a keen interest in Earth Science, particularly with respect to the climate debate, but also uses his free time to indulge his interests in literature, cycling and the history and culture of Mediterranean Europe.
